Got this for almost 50% off on Prime Day and with an additional 10% off coupon for less than Rs. 250. The brushes are not soft enough for watercolours but are excellent with poster colours. (Make sure that you wash the brush heads well with cold water before the first use in order to remove the protective coating on the bristles.) But the best part is that it was the last of the old stock with the grey wooden handles and steel ferrules, i.e. Made in Germany before the brand outsourced the manufacturing of these brushes to China. So I got a “Made in Germany” brush set at a “Made in India” price, and I am extremely pleased.

Ce produit est conforme à mon attente. J’avais besoin d’un pinceau ni trop ferme, ni trop souple, nerveux, prenant juste assez d’eau mais pas trop, que j’utilise exclusivement pour la gouache, ayant d’autres pinceaux pour l’aquarelle. Ce set est juste parfait, les deux pinceaux ronds tiennent bien la pointe, il reste à voir s’ils la conservent sur la durée.Pour l’instant, satisfaite du rapport qualité-prix

These brushes are lovely (although the larger round brush was slightly damaged in the bristles, which I rectified with a pair of scissors).Despite the slight issue with the brush, the set is perfect! They are easy to use, and give nice, clear marks. I get the details I want and they hold enough water and paint to make my painting easier.I think they are a good small set of brushes that any beginner, or even experienced artist would find extremely useful.I highly recommend them.
